My project is about the difficulties in living abroad and using the native language as a second choice. The language obstacles appear in every small element of my everyday life, but also, they are being caused by prominent issues i.e. ongoing Brexit regulations.

I started from creating silhouettes which have been inspiring me since the last Summer. There’s something about a monochromaticity, a minimalism or an anonymity of the silhouette image.

I combined that with the red fabrics, which are inspired by the Polish flag and the time, I have been living here, in Aberystwyth.
